YES..!! Off course you know. Do not underestimate that you cant make designs. Doesn’t matter you design it through any digital media or not. Yes, it is true that you may have some limitations about generating concept, utilizing digital software, and understanding the trend and developing the designs accordingly. For that one has to be trained accordingly. This training can be sourced from any source like youtube, Facebook, blogs, institutions, etc.
Remember, there are some terms which need to be educated before starting to learn graphic design. For that one has to start reading blogs and related stuff. Then software and its operating policy. But remember, there is one thing , to become a productive graphic designer, you have to watch a lot of good design and creative creation.
